The daughter of a successful cattle breeder and businesman, Gina has held a management position with ICM since 2000 where she is currently General Manager, ICM Agribusiness, based at Peechelba Beef. Prior to joining Peechelba Beef, Gina worked for 5 years as Livestock Manager at Ravensworth Feedlot in the Riverina.

Prior to this, Gina has had experience in different industries including the local newspaper in Hay to the local pharmacy but found her real passion in the feedlot and beef cattle industry. Gina has worked her way up the ladder in the feedlot industry, starting as a Pen Rider in Stockinbingal and then working as the Induction and Vet Manager in Northern NSW.

Gina holds a Certificate in Rural Business Administration (UNE) as well as a certificate in Feedlot Management and Meat Science (UNE), Certificate in Animal Handling (UNE-OAC) and Certificate in Animal Nutrition (UNE-OAC).

Gina was the first female recipient of the Young Lotfeeder of the year in 2002 and the first female voted on the Australian Lotfeeders Association Board in 2002-2003. She has been involved in promoting women in Agriculture through a publication that is printed bi-annually and has been involved in the promotion of the feedlot industry through public speaking and agricultural college tours of the facility at Peechelba.

Gina lives in a residence near the feedlot with her husband Mark. She has a love of horses and animals in general. Gina and her husband are involved in the sport of campdrafting and, when possible, spend weekends competing in the Southern Campdraft Association calendar.
